Your day starts with hotel pickup, followed by a visit to a local Thai market, where you’ll hand-pick fresh ingredients. Then it’s back to the kitchen for a small, personalised class with plenty of one-on-one tuition, where everything is made completely from scratch.
Some dishes use up to 18 ingredients and can take around 2 hours to prepare, giving you a real appreciation of authentic Thai cuisine.
