Welcome back to Asia ASMR. Today, I’m taking you with me for a complete Traditional Chinese Medicine healing session.

We begin with a professional consultation where the doctor identifies exactly where my back pain is stored. What follows is one of the most intense and effective treatments I’ve ever experienced:
-Intense Tuina Massage: Rhythmic pressing and kneading on the neck and shoulders to unlock deep seated knots.
-Gua Sha Scraping: Watch as the tool releases such a redness on my shoulders
-Fire Cupping Therapy: The doctor applies glass cups with real fire. They stayed on my back for 10 minutes to draw out toxins and stagnation.
The Result? Pay close attention to the purple marks at the end. My doctor explains that the darker the mark, the more “stagnation” or problems were hidden in that area.
