In a world where the water war has caused daily levels of alcohol consumption to rise, people live absolutely drunk and wait for moments of happiness to sober up. Luna wants to go to a party and her friend gets her water so she can live a real night. Finally in control, Luna gets the chance to experience romance, passion, and desire she’s been looking for.
