Jumeirah Beach is one of those places where finding a genuinely good, affordable meal takes a little more effort than it should. So I went looking — a Syrian shawarma spot doing it horizontally over charcoal, a Moroccan street eatery I keep coming back to, pizza right on the beach, and a Thai seafood tom yum that stopped me mid-bite.
Whether you’re there for a few hours or a full day with kids, these are the places I’d actually send you to.
🥙 Syrian charcoal shawarma (chicken and lamb) with thin Syrian bread and pomegranate molasses
