Florence is a coming of age/coming out gay short romance with drama and intriguing curiosity.
Sometimes you think that you know everything and that you have everything set, ready to go, but then your life turns upside down and you become lost.
This short movie is about love, confidence, trust, family and happiness.
FLORENCE was written, produced and directed by me, Luan Schmitz, in 2022 and this is a re-repost.
The Original post was deleted from my personal channel with 134k views. Now I only use it as a personal channel.
The second post was made here in this channel and as of writing it has reached 360K views. But that’s a version with too many excluded scenes.
I decided to post the full version of the movie with new tweaks in the editing because that’s how I intended for it to be watched since the beginning but YouTube rules are too strict sometimes. We’ll see how this post will progress.
This was an independently produced project. No funds, no sponsors. Just me, a camera, a couple of friends and the dream of being a filmmaker.
