Raj Khurana arrives at Mumbai to become an actor in the film industry. But despite struggling for two years, he is unable to earn a living. He then secretly runs a racket to support himself. Naina is another aspiring actor who arrives in the city from Nainital to fulfill her dreams. Nearly broke, she is forced to get involved in prostitution. Raj falls in love with Naina after meeting her by chance. Unaware of her truth, he is shocked to know that the girl who arrives with a regular customer to his place is none other than Naina.
