Descriptions:

In a world prides itself on progress, “SIR…MA’AM” explores the subtle, everyday struggles that persist within seemingly inclusive spaces. Set in the week leading up to a high-profile corporate anniversary, the film follows Khushbu, a trans woman navigating the challenges of fitting into a new workplace where discrimination often hides behind polite smiles. With the support of Neha, a closeted lesbian team lead, and Pratul, a well-meaning but unaware colleague, Khushbu finds friendship, strength, and eventually the courage to stand up against harassment.

More than just a story about inclusion, SIR…MA’AM calls for real allyship and the courage to speak upтАФno matter the cost.
