I tasted 5 Khao Soi in 1 day in different eateries in Hua Hin to show the regional & flavour differences of this great dish from Northern Thailand. This VDO is NOT about the BEST in Hua Hin but to highlight the different flavour profiles in each place. Each place was good in it’s own right but also each place had its strengths.
