80-year-old Betty waits for her true love, Jean. She remembers their painful break-up in 1960’s Liverpool when she wasn’t brave enough to be with a woman. Will their love be rekindled?
The film was shortlisted for the Iris Prize, Best British Short Supported by Film4 and Pinewood Studios, & shown on Channel 4. It was also selected for the PROUD Film Festival in Denmark, PERTH Queer FIlm Festival in Australia, London Lesbian Film Festival- Canada and Out and Loud in India.
